Mike Osborne Developments Ltd is based in Halifax West Yorkshire. We refurbish, develop and convert buildings into good value rental homes. Our mission is to provide low cost, excellent value, quality housing for low-income, disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. As part of our commitment to promote professional property management we are “Accredited Landlords” with several councils and operate licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation in Hull, Calderdale, Kirklees, Bradford and Salford.

sites around the world and as such has run some of the worlds largest industrial projects.
